USTR Submits Annual Report on Discrimination in Foreign Government Procurement

The United States Trade Representative has submitted an annual report on discrimination in foreign government procurement to Congress, as required by the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 and Executive Order 13116, following procedures established by Title VII of the Act.
