U.S. Trade Representative Office Requests Public Comments on WTO Dispute Over U.S. Copyright Act Section 110(5)

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public input on a WTO dispute initiated by the European Communities, which claim that a U.S. copyright law provision is inconsistent with WTO rules on intellectual property rights.
