U.S. Trade Representative Allocates Sugar Tariff-Rate Quotas to Mexico and Canada for 1999-2000
The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has announced the allocation of refined sugar and sugar-containing products to Mexico and Canada, with the remaining quota open to global trade, effective October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2000.
