Certain Rare Earth Magnets and Materials and Articles Containing Same; Notice of Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Amending the Complaint and the Commission's Notice of Investigation To Add Four Respondents

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (ID) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (ALJ) in the above- captioned investigation. The ALJ granted the motion of complainants Magnequench International, Inc. (Magnequench) and Sumitomo Special Metals Co. Ltd. (SSMC) to add four respondents to the investigation.
