US Commission Launches Antidumping Investigation into Chinese Creatine Monohydrate Imports

The US International Trade Commission has initiated a preliminary phase investigation into whether Chinese imports of creatine monohydrate are sold in the US at less than fair value, potentially harming the domestic industry, and must reach a preliminary determination by March 29, 1999.
