US Tariff Reductions: Possible Economic Impacts

The US Trade Representative requested an investigation into the potential economic effects of reducing or eliminating US tariffs, with the aim of advising on the impact on US industries and consumers under three scenarios: a 50% tariff reduction, tariff elimination, and elimination of tariffs on FTAA trading partners.
