USITC Announces Reviews of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties on Fresh Cut Flowers from Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) will conduct full reviews of countervailing and antidumping duties on certain fresh cut flowers from Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru, to determine if revoking these duties would lead to material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
