Probable Effect of Certain Modifications to the North American Free Trade Agreement Rules of Origin

The US Trade Representative requested the Commission to provide probable effects advice on proposed NAFTA rule of origin modifications, which were negotiated by the US, Canada, and Mexico, and the Commission will submit its confidential advice to the USTR on September 10, 1999.
