USITC Schedules Expedited Reviews of Antidumping Duty Orders on Granular Polytetrafluoroethylene Resin from Italy and Japan

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is conducting expedited reviews to determine whether revoking antidumping duty orders on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from Italy and Japan would lead to continued material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time frame. The reviews are based on the Tariff Act of 1930 and can be found on the USITC's website at http://www.usitc.gov/rules.htm.
