Commission to Hold Portion of Hearing in Camera

The US Commission has decided to hold a part of its hearing on the Wheat Gluten Industry Council and Association des Amidonneries de Cereales de L'UE investigation on October 7, 1999, behind closed doors, due to a seven-day advance notice requirement not being feasible.
