Proposed Regulations on Tax Classification of Entities Wholly Owned by Indian Tribal Governments

The proposed regulations would exempt entities wholly owned by Indian Tribal governments from being recognized as separate entities for Federal tax purposes, and would also provide special treatment for certain energy credits under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
