US Customs Commission Proposes Changes to Harmonized Tariff Schedule

The US Customs Commission has initiated an investigation to propose modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, in response to changes recommended by the World Customs Organization, as required by the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988.
