U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Deadline for Review of Tariff Act Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has extended the deadline for reviewing an initial determination finding no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in a vision correction surgery investigation until January 28, 2000, by seven days.
