OSHA Requests Comments on Proposed Rule to Increase Shipyard Certification Record Requirements

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule that would increase the estimated burden hours for shipyard certification records and extend the requirements contained in 29 CFR 1915.113(b)(1) and 1915.172(d)
