Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Updates Fees Schedule for Government Land Use

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is updating its fees schedule for the use of government lands, effective October 1, 1998, in accordance with its most recent schedule of fees for linear rights-of-way prepared by the US Forest Service, and in response to a request from the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs of OMB.
