FERC Extends Comment Deadline for Proposed Regulations on Natural Gas Facilities

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to update its regulations governing the filing of applications for natural gas facilities, and has extended the deadline for comments at the request of various interested parties.
