DHS and DOL Publish Second Correction to Temporary Rule for H-2B Worker Program

The Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor have published a second correction to a temporary rule regarding the H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker program, correcting an error in the regulatory information numbers (RIN) previously published in the Federal Register.
