FERC Accepts Application for Natural Gas Pipeline Project Intervention and Protest

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted an application to file a motion to intervene and protest a proposed natural gas pipeline project. The commission is now soliciting comments and motions from interested parties.
