DOJ Accepts Application for Filing, Seeks Interventions and Comments on Proposed Pipeline Project

The U.S. Department of Justice has accepted an application to file a lawsuit against a proposed pipeline project, and is now soliciting motions to intervene and comments from the public on the matter.
