Standards for Business Practices of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission sets April 1, 1999, as the deadline for interstate natural gas pipelines to enter operational balancing agreements with other pipelines. This regulation was adopted in Order No. 587-G, published in the Federal Register on FR 20072.
