CPSC to Host Public Forum on Enhancing Recall Effectiveness

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will convene a public forum on March 23, 1999, to discuss ways to improve the effectiveness of product recalls by identifying purchasers through product registration, warranty cards, or other means, and to gather input from relevant stakeholders.
