Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests Reinstatement of Toy Cap Sound Level Regulation Approval

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget to reinstate approval for a regulation exempting certain toy caps from a banning rule, which requires sound levels below 138 dB.
