The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by High Plains Broadcasting, Inc., to allot Channel 264C to Berthold, ND, as the community's first local aural service. Channel 264C can be allotted to Berthold in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 48-18-54 NL; 101-44-12. Canadian concurrence in the allotment is required since Berthold is located within 320 kilometers (200 miles) of the U.S.-Canadian border.
