This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed on behalf of Farm Belt Radio, Inc., permittee of FM Stations WOXM, Channel 291A, Oregon, IL. and WSEY, Channel 239A, Mt Morris, IL. Petitioner proposes the substitution of Channel 292A for Channel 291A at Oregon, its reallotment to Genoa, IL, and the modification of the construction permit for WOXM accordingly. Petitioner also proposes the reallotment of Channel 239A from Mt. Morris to Oregon and the modification of the construction permit for Station WSEY accordingly.
