Radio Broadcasting Services; Pottsboro and Whitesboro, TX, and Madill and Leonard, OK - Channel Reassignments

The FCC has approved changes to radio broadcasting licenses, replacing Channel 273A at Madill, OK with Channel 273C2, reallocating Channel 273C2 to Whitesboro, TX, and modifying the license for Station KMAD-FM to operate on Channel 273C2 in Whitesboro. This decision also dismisses proposals by Thomas E. Spellman and Thomas S. Desmond for allotments at Pottsboro and Leonard, respectively, as part of a Joint Settlement Agreement.
