Radio Broadcasting Services; Ironton and Salem, MO - Request for Comments on Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition filed by Dockins Communications, Inc. and Ultra-Sonic Broadcast Stations, Inc. to substitute Channel 240C3 for Channel 224A at Ironton, Missouri, and modify the license for Station KYLS-FM to operate on Channel 240C3, as well as substitute Channel 225C3 for Channel 240A at Salem, Missouri, and modify the license for Station KKID(FM) to operate on Channel 225C3.
