Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards Submits State Plan for Occupational Safety and Health Approval

The Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards has submitted a developmental State Plan for occupational safety and health, which OSHA proposes to grant initial approval based on its preliminary assessment that the plan meets the agency's criteria and will be at least as effective as Federal OSHA in protecting state and local government workers.
