Sunshine Act Meeting; Open Commission Meeting Thursday, April 15, 1999

The Sunshine Act Meeting will discuss a report and order and further notice of proposed rulemaking to improve truth-in-billing and billing format for telephone bills. The Commission will also review reform of international settlements policy and associated filing requirements, regulation of international accounting rates, and market entry and regulation of foreign-affiliated entities.
