FCC Streamlines Radio Technical Rules for Minor Changes

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has modified its rules to simplify the process for minor changes to radio stations, including AM, non-commercial educational FM, and FM translator facilities. The changes aim to align the rules with commercial FM stations and allow for the simultaneous filing of up to four related minor change applications.
