Channel 288A can be allotted to Richwood in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements at city reference coordinates. The coordinates for Channel 288A at Richwood are 38-13-42 North Latitude and 80-31-48 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
