Radio Broadcasting Services; Princeville, Kapaa and Kalaheo, HI - Request for Comments on Rule Making Proposals

The FCC is seeking public comments on two petitions to reassign local radio frequencies to Kapaa and Kalaheo, Hawaii, potentially leaving Princeville without local service, and will consider the two proposals together if one must remain at Princeville.
