DOL Submits OSHA-Sponsored ICR for Coke Oven Emissions Standard Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Occupational Safety & Health Administration-sponsored information collection request related to the proposed Coke Oven Emissions Standard, which must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
