This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by Mountain West Broadcasting requesting the allotment of Channel 249C3 to Amelia, Louisiana, as that community's first local aural transmission service. Petitioner is requested to provide additional engineering showings to demonstrate the availability of a suitable area for tower construction as the site restriction required to accommodate the proposal appears to be located in marshland.
