Flinn Broadcasting Corporation and Donald B. Brady's Application for Review Dismissed

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed with prejudice an application for review filed by Donald B. Brady, following a joint request for settlement from Flinn Broadcasting Corporation and Brady, regarding a 1994 report and order that granted a counterproposal for channel substitutions in Mississippi.
