US Radio Broadcasting Services Request Comments on Channel Allotments in Montana

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on two mutually exclusive petitions for rule making regarding the allotment of radio channels in Darby and Stevensville, Montana. Mountain West Broadcasting has requested Channel 300A, while the Battani Corporation has requested Channel 300C2, with the latter requiring Canadian Government concurrence due to its proximity to the US-Canada border.
