The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a proposal by Cumberland City Broadcasting Company to swap Channel 274A for Channel 274C3 in Cumberland, Kentucky, and reassign Channel 274C3 to Weber City, Virginia, with a new site 6.8 miles north of the original location, in compliance with the Commission's distance separation requirements.
