Radio Broadcasting Services; Stamps and Fouke, AR - Request for Reallotment of Channel 282A

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by In Phase Broadcasting, Inc. to reallot Channel 282A from Stamps, Arkansas to Fouke, Arkansas, and modify the authorization accordingly, as per Section 1.420(i) of the FCC's Rules.
