QUALCOMM Inc. Pioneer's Preference Granted

On August 9, 1999, the Commission released a document granting QUALCOMM Incorporated (QUALCOMM) a pioneer's preference. The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ordered the Commission to grant QUALCOMM a pioneer's preference. The Commission in Compliance with the Court's decision, hereby grants QUALCOMM a pioneer's preference in the broadband Personal Communications Service.
