U.S. Department of Labor Requests Federal Contractors to Object to Disclosure of EEO-1 Report Data

The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has received a request from the Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR) to disclose Type 2 Consolidated Employer Information Reports filed by federal contractors from 2016-2020, and is asking contractors to object to the disclosure within 30 days.
