US FCC Allocates FM Channels to New York Towns

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted Channel 228A to Wellsville, NY, and Channel 246A to Canaseraga, NY, as their second and first local FM stations, respectively, following requests from RP Communications and RJ Communications, with Canadian concurrence due to proximity to the US-Canada border.
