Commission Denies Reconsideration of Confidential Information Policy, Makes Five Technical Amendments

The US Commission has denied reconsideration of its policy on treating confidential information submitted to the Commission and made five technical amendments to its Freedom of Information Act rules, including expedited access for the General Accounting Office and clarification on document disclosure.
