Department of Labor to Hold Virtual Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment to Prohibited Transaction Exemption Procedures

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) is reopening the comment period and holding a virtual public hearing on proposed changes to its procedures for handling prohibited transaction exemption applications, and invites the public to submit requests to testify at the hearing.
