FCC Extends Cellular Resale Rule to Broadband PCS Providers, Exempts Certain SMR Providers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has extended its earlier decision to include broadband personal communications service (PCS) and specialized mobile radio providers in the cellular resale rule, while also making several modifications to the rule and denying a petition for reconsideration of a request for forbearance from the rule.
