FDA Approves Vitrophage, Inc.'s VITREON for Premarket Approval

The FDA has approved Vitrophage, Inc.'s application for premarket approval of VITREON under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, following the recommendation of the Ophthalmic Devices Panel and notification by the CDRH on September 30, 1997.
