Request for Information: Advanced Explanation of Benefits and Good Faith Estimate for Covered Individuals Under the No Surprises Act

The U.S. Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the Treasury, along with the Office of Personnel Management, are seeking input on the implementation of the No Surprises Act's requirements for advanced explanation of benefits and good faith estimates, which were enacted as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021.
