U.S. to Transfer Arms Control and Disarmament Agency Responsibilities to Department of State

The U.S. government is set to redelegate the responsibilities and functions of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency to the Department of State, a move aimed at streamlining the nation's nuclear arms control efforts
