Correction to Privacy Act of 1974, as Amended, System of Records

The Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, has been corrected to accurately describe a proposed new routine use. The correction was made in the notice document 97-605, published on January 10, 1997, to clarify the role of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in computer matching with federal and state agencies.
