Department of the Treasury Proposes Alteration to Payment Issue Records System

The Financial Management Service within the Department of the Treasury is proposing a change to the Payment Issue Records for Regular Recurring Benefit Payments system, which is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The proposed alteration was previously published in the Federal Register on November 9, 1995.
