Treasury Department Proposes Amendment to Assault and Threat Investigation Files System

The Internal Revenue Service is notifying the public of a proposed change to its Assault and Threat Investigation Files system, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, following a notice published in the Federal Register in 1995.
