DOL Grants Exemptions for MS Commodity Investments Portfolio II

The US Department of Labor has issued exemptions from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code for MS Commodity Investments Portfolio II, following public notices and no public comments or requests for a hearing were received.
